Sharing of personal information – we don’t do it.

Select third-party partners may be given access to member name, city and membership level to confirm eligibility for Wine Club benefits. No other information, or authorization to contact you, are shared or permitted. Under no circumstances will we share any other personal information that we collect with any third parties or web sites. All the information you give us is completely private and used solely for order processing, shipping and benefit confirmation. If you give us permission to send you marketing emails then we use your email for that purpose, but never does that email get sold or distributed to any other web site or list. Although we use outside shipping companies to ship orders and a credit card processing company to bill users for goods and services, these companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes. We value your privacy, and will never release any account or personal information to any third party unless we are given explicit authority to do so by you, our customer.

How Long We Keep Your Information 

We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as necessary to provide you services and to maintain a record of your transactions for financial reporting and compliance purposes. If you wish to cancel your account, please contact us at info@champagnealexandrasainz.com. We will keep your order history on file indefinitely so that we can always provide you with information on what you ordered previously unless you ask us to delete it.

Making Changes and Opting Out
